Dear Hannah,

Don’t waste your time.

For heavenly sake kindly engage yourself in something else beneficial.

You will never get this seed capital unless you are a Nigerian National.

You also risk losing out your savings in the bank.

I can confirm here without fear or favour that this TEF Cohort is a hoax. It’s a fraud.

I’m John Kambogo from Kenya under TEF 2019 Cohort and what I’ve gone through is enough to confirm here that no non Nigerian National can get this seed capital.
Your name is being used to solicit for funds from TEF International donors and partners across the world only to benefit TEF staff and her cartels and crooks.

The most notorious culprits are Ibukun Odurinde, Ifeoma Okafor, Titi Akinola and Ifeyinywa Ogochukwu.

Anyway, you can continue with the process and confirm yourself like I did.

Lets hope for the best in your case.

Warm regards,

John Kambogo

Dear Francis,

Honestly, I envy your optimism in this fraud.

Tony Elumelu Foundation is a hoax.

If you have something else better that you can expend your vigour and energy on, I would rather you get into it immediately.

Otherwise if you are not on the payroll of TEF, you are wasting your time, energy and misleading fellow poor and unsuspecting africans.

Warm Regards,

John Kambogo

Dear Chukwudi,

Don’t waste your time and energy on this TEF thing. Its a fraud and a hoax.

But if you are a Nigerian National, you stand a chance of being favoured against all other nationals from various African countries.

Africans are idiots, nincompoops and real coconut heads.

Thanks
U are rite it good to be opened minded

Hi Mr. John,

I personally think this is defamation of character. Can you proof to us sir that since the inception of this initiative, no non Nigerians has been enlisted as a beneficiary of this?

Plus, I really don’t see anything logical in your argument sir. The funniest part of it is, to even show you didn’t do your homework well, claiming that Africans are idiots, making yourself appear as the smart among the idiots now, a reasonable number of the guys you’re directly discouraging not to mind the stuff actually are likely to be Nigerians from their names. If you’re who you think you are (the smart guy), that should help you filter the potential guys to be affected from the rest.

Finally, even if you’re correct, you actually didn’t do well. Imagine, you came in here, joined the TEF community, just to come and defame their personality? You’ve really got some balls. You could have chosen to do this somewhere else on the internet, probably by blogging, that’s cool. But this right here, it’s not cool. I guess all your energy is born out of envy and hatred, I’m sorry to mention. But, it’s okay, that’s your opinion and I wish you well with it.

John, there is just everything wrong about your viewpoint. I never wanted to be an advocate of TEF but I am sure yours is a false claim. I will tell you why.

  1. We have had over 7000 participants over the last 5 cohorts trained and funded under this program. Every year, since inception, TEF has always published the names of the selected individuals per country. Last year, I saw over 50 individuals from Kenya who joined the program. Their collective testimony about their experience would be more valid than your own attest of frustrations.
  2. There is posibility that you have not adhered to the due process as laid out by the Foundation. I am reminded that this seed capital does not come on a silver plater. There is your part of the deal and the part that TEF plays. Its like a covenant. You play your part and the other party plays theor part.
  3. You have not presented evidence to your clais and allegations. If you are convinced that this worldwide recognized initiative and stout is a hoax, and you will need to do a lot more to convince a street urchin. Why? Because there are evidence of non-Nugerians who have been funded under the flagship. What is lacking, in my view is their silence.
  4. TEF operates through several channels and communication platforms. Am not giving it a free bill of health, but I know that if there were issues with other nationals in accessing the funds, there would have been a continental uprising agaist it. So far, not even a claim is known. Yours could be, if you could present it.
  5. Finally, may I request you, as a player in the African empowerment dream to escalate your claims if at all they have validity. Take your claims a notch higher and confront the Foundation. Rebuke it everywhere with evidence. Let the worl hear you, loud and clear. What would be the gain of knowing an illugality, if at all there were, but then choose to mutedly speak about it. I dare you to stand at the agora. Make your shouts. But if your campaign is false, apologize and seek for forgiveness.

John is a character I would like to meet. First, to witness his frustrations and establish the genesis of his rage. Secondly, to determine his IQ now that he pretends to be the smartest of the idiots, which interestingly he is part of.

You are lucky to be successful at the initial stage, thereby giving you an openning to proceed to the next stage. With crossed hands, move to the next phase, do all your part of the deal when that time comes, it will be remarkable. Good luck.

This is the link to enlisted last year winners. Are these all Nigerians, Mr. John?

This is an excerpt from a blog post I came across from a TEF fellow. I do sincerely hope it will be useful.

Assigned training path
Based on your answers to the assessment questions, the system profiles you and places you in the appropriate training path as follows:

This means you are a starter according to the business start-up profiling. You will go through the general training on TEFConnect. You will, however, not be eligible for mentorship or seed capital.

Innovator (Level 1)

You will go through the Intermediate training modules and you will be assigned a mentor during the programme. Based on your performance through the training programme, you will stand a chance to pitch your business in person to the set of judges for final selection to receive seed capital.

Disruptor (Level 2)
This means that you are or identified to be natural or a seasoned entrepreneur. You will go through the Advanced training modules and you will be assigned a mentor during the programme. Based on your performance through the training programme, you will stand a chance to pitch your business in person to the set of judges for final selection to receive seed capital.
Pls Note
· Innovators and Disruptors stand a chance to receive the same value of seed capital.

Wow Mr John, why try to discourag others? Just like you’ve tried and weren’t selected, allow others to do same, don’t impose your views on anyone else

Dear Mr. John
I think you are trying to make good use of the freedom of speech, if it exits in your country, you know, you try to show how radical you are while you completely lack logicality, may be you are being sponsored to do this, probably you failed to adhered to the given instructions during your programmed period, you need to quickly tender an apology to the Tef foundation and the entire Tef family and ask God to have mercies on you.for the man Tonny Elumelu God will bless him.

Mr. John,
Nothing good come easy, you don’t expect TEF to give you $5000 on a platter of gold ,i have been applying since 2017 but not successful but i didn’t give up, i still applied this year and i’m lucky to be among to start the training, please do not discourage others. Please back your claims with concrete evidence. Thanks

Dear John, it will be naive of anyone to imagine that getting the seed capital will be easy, maybe you feel otherwise, which could be a possible explaination for your frustration after an unsuccessful attempt(s).

You really don’t want to know how many Nigerians applied last year and weren’t even selected for the training, among those who got selected, those who didn’t make it to the pitching event ( I inclusive). Here I am without any form of certainty that I will be successful to the funding level, but I will give it a try.

You won’t be given grant simply because you’re a non Nigerian, it can’t work that way. You have to prove that what will be given to you won’t find an easy way to a casino or worse.

Something like this is happening in Africa, we should support and pray for it’s success, and just maybe sooner than later, other wealthy Africans will follow suit, and it could become easier.

More of TEF!

What kind of negativity is this?
You are telling us TEF is a scam after been selected for the 2019 Cohort. SOme Nigerians were not selected for that 2019 Cohorts even with good ideas and they never called TEF Cohort.
One thing i know about TEF is that it goes beyond been selected for the seed capital funding as they used to do in the past. Some beneficiaries failed to play their own part and you expect the foundation to release the money to you?
Things are not done that way.

Kindly tell us what you didn’t do right that make you thin TEF is a fraud.
