What are the motivating factors you can put in your company for effective production.

Yes, I have leave roster and break periods for all the employees and the motivating factors that would propel them for effective performance for higher productivity are:
higher wages/salaries, adequate compensation & fringe benefits, promotion, participative management,effective communication, giving employees more responsibility & recognition & awards for achievements.

Reward for efficiency is a good staff motivation (example,staff the month/quartz ).There should be a price attached.
