My Experience in research with M.Sc in Industrial Biochemistry has very well exposed me to know the healthy approach and industry standard of production which I implement in my company. For instance, my research on how to improve the resistant starch of starchy foods has lead me to methods of preparing flour in order to increase their resistant starch levels and this will in turn decrease the intestinal absorption of glucose thereby lowering the glycemic index of the consumer, in particular this will have pathophysiologic benefit for people with diabetes and those struggling with obesity.
